This is me in the mix Minguito aka DJ Sunday Towers As a digital beat mixing DJ my objective is to first create a mix that is going move my listeners to the dance. To make my beat mixing transitions as harmonically seamless as possible. To keep the music evenly flowing and inspirationally motivating in one to want to dance to them. Now if this one is not a bank breaker in profits if had financially invested in the production, which I need badly. However my spirit wanted me to share it freely. There is always more where this comes from. Gathering the new Latin house artist & DJs music scene, in helping to make a difference in bringing it all together as we grow in love with one another. I am holding up my end in performing with an audience receptive to it. There is a joy to be share in them. I am in search for an audience that love what I do in my mixes and the work done in to it to make it almost perfect to our ears and soul. I like to mix tracks that bring and leave a good feeling in my listeners, so much so that every time they listen to them over and over again they won't ever get bore of them. I want to impart to my fans this wonderful feeling that has been open to my life at my age, as a digital beat mixing club house DJ. In my mixes I am the expression of those feelings I receive through the sounds implied by the melodies, drum beats, rhymes and sentimental lyrics, from which artists tracks I have selected. Actually the feeling is mutual, as Club House music loves me and I love it, what can I say. If some of you may wonder of me, what may be my deepest desires, well besides wanting to be humble and wealthy beyond my wildest dreams, its is my prayer that I can reach my fans through my mixes from God's love to them. I give Him all the glory and He gives it back to me, in what you hear in the best transitions that I have ever made. Its a very exciting time of my life for me to know, that I have reach the pinnacle of what I have dedicated myself to do in elevating the spirit in all of us, through my mixes. Ya... sometimes its rough in trying to fulfill ones dreams, but persistence is good, as one endures in practice till the end. This is my heaven and I hope that you can come and join me. That is if you DJ and Fans can leave yours mixes and genres for a moment and share in someone elses' joy and witness the grace of God by it, manifested in this old man's mixes. Its something like what real family people do, when they get together with one another in the common bond of their individuality, but in their likeness they know one another within the common ground of their goodness. In these particular chapter mixes I have taken some of my old favorite Club house love tracks and joined them into a journey of their expressions as what I felt that motivated me to buy and add them to my collection. It is the object of my love for mixing music that keeps me going. However it is the object of some mysterious person's love, that inspires me to choose the tracks that I feel in the mix. I pray that I find someone out there that feels the same way I do as I feel for my mixes. This is my first volume for the year 2012, in which I hope will endure, within the ears and hearts of the many, who listen to its love. The play list or individual track titles will be supplied upon an email request and I will comply. From time to time I will update the mix, if I think it needs improvements in sound and transitions, but the play list will remain the same. The word edited and a number will be placed at the end of the album title if changes are made. Take notice of edit in these changes if you are interested in my mixes. When one is really connected to another human being, they do not do to each other the evil deceptions that people do, in pretending to be connected to someone, when they're really not. A real connection with that particular individual in one's life is going to spark that wonderful feeling and trust of true friendship and love. This is than manifested in the settling down with each others familiarity. In this as in all my mixes I impart my feelings relative to the lyrics and melodies that relate to my life experiences, from those wonderful artists within my selections. Here in my mixes I hand you the feelings of my love to you my fans. You who will always accept love in the many good ways it comes from true hearts in love. It would be an honor for me to have you host me on your virtual world of virtual stores. I think that what I would really need is for those artists in the selections of my mixes, to come to appreciate how I have made their artistic talents harmonically flow within one another in my mixes. Its with the help of God that I can do this and I am so honor to have those artists in my selections, for without their gift as an artist in what they do with music, I would not be able to do what I have done. In my appreciation as a fan manifesto in my own right I create many different music expressions. It is my hope that if they notice, they would permit me the license to publish and sell them to the public, as my individual style of digital beat mixing club house music DJ. Club House Music Mixes is what I have always understood it to be in my mind, which is what I have always called it. I have consider this stage in my life to be a blessing to me and those that come to adore it in the dance as I do. You know I may be getting old, but my soul and spirit is still as fresh as each day comes forth, in lieu of my dream to come true. In today's world it has gotten to a point where if one has the opportunity to buy their dreams, they can go that route. However I hope that mine won't come to that, but this I will say, that if it comes to that then bring it on and let me enjoy it while I can. However its got to be in the dance that we can come to know each other enough to respect and accept one another unconditionally. So if this is the only way I am going to get this, so be it, cause its always worth it, less it would not hurt when departed. When its there, its there and when it truly there, it lights up a spark of love. Happy Valentines Day to you all who are within my love in the music for my fans and relatives. This mix has been edited so take note to replace it with the one you may have downloaded before. Sorry but had to correct a few glitches, so here is the final editing, #3. Please forgive me, but I have an ear for harmonic balancing, so when I hear something a little off, I have to correct it. I am so sorry again after listening to the mix, one of track became extremely loud, so have to go over the mix again. The transition between track one and two was a little off, so I changed the position, and made further changes to the mix, plus added one more track at the end of the mix. I love Boy Gorge's "Amazing Grace".

These tracks in this Valentines mix was put together last year around this time of that of the year, but I never posted, for some reason or another. I went back to it today and made some adjustments. This year, though I dedicate this mix to a model friend of mine, whose name begins with F, so I will not expose him. His words to me one day though as they may be false, I was move to doing this year's 2012 Mixes including the Valentines chapters. I love it, as there lay's in the feelings of my heart and spirit. As House music in my present life is the center of my musical soul, I choose to keep on doing what I am doing whether anyone ever cares to listen to my mixes or not. That will not stop me. I love all the artists that move my soul into dance. In this episode like in all my episodes I take my listeners through a journey of my emotions in the feelings of my soul through the lyrics and melodies of my selected artist tracks. A message of love and dance is in always in my heart for you all, that is clearly expressed, within track # 12- DEMARK & MANNA with MAX'C - You Don't Know. Its the combination of that Funky/vocal/disco/club house music, which saids it all.

This vol. has some Latin house for my Latin friend, fans and my relatives of course. I say frack the system who does not understand my personal needs in ways to healing me as I age into the pains of the body from becoming of an elderly age. A reality that is so real within the so many different ways that one can experience an elderly age, which follows all of us to its end within the consciousness our physical being. As the end of time prophecies may come into motion, I trip in my groove to the music I love mixing. I make them come to together with such precision of intertwining them as one, to make the groove feel you into the dance.

For some its a story and journey as the melodies take us there. I want you to know how you have made me feel with our recent acquaintance with each other. If you don't believe me look at what I have done because of you. Listen to my first mix of the year 2012 mix with you in mind. I need for you to need me for it to work for you, so that it could come about as you dream it in your heart with whom ever has it for you as I do. Look its not your age, though I think that sometimes that has its benefit on both ends. Where is that place, that is going to appreciate me as I do it. Some angels get lonely too, you know.

This mix is a tribute to my star spangle queen Whitney Houston. Every summer during the course of the summer months on Sundays, I play the mixes I have created during the winter months out on my deck to share with the neighborhood, the progress of my digital beat mixing. At every opening of my program it has always been Whitney Houston's Star Spangle Banner, song that I play to open my program follow the by The Lord's Prayer by Aaron Neville.

I am totally confused, that a strong Christian minded singer could have traveled through her career, in the probability of embracing something so demonic as cocaine, as news media has suggested. However as I well know, being a healed cocaine addict myself, I can understand the weakness that comes over one, especially under the pressures of others in having to be alert at all times for a performance and the long distances of traveling for those performances. Many traveling music stars get cut up in taking medications to keep their demanding energy up for their fans. We love you Whitney and it saddens our hearts that such a tragedy could be possible from such a strong Christian back ground, I am sure honored by God. Nevertheless as Christians we well know that God's opposition endlessly tries to demoralize us into committing acts that will bring to light his destructive power to God's faithful and reveal himself to the world that he does exist. My heart and prayers go out to her relatives and immediate family.

In my community where I live, the young folks do not like the performances of my house mixes, because they are mainly R&B & Hip Hoppers. They feel threaten when I play my House music mixes out on my deck to the neighborhood, during the summer season. As such I have made this mix to show them that its not all about just Hip Hop, but about the love for all different artists music and the hard work they put into it.

I had this young man who would follow me when I played out in my neighborhood block parties. He is challenged with epilepsy and has unexpected critical seizures. Before he left to Puerto Rico with his ill mother, he uploaded into my computer many of his collected music tracks which he kept in a small game device.

That was about year and half ago, and just this week I was able to get around to listening to his collection. I would say that 90 percent of the tracks on this set are from his collection. I have purchase a few to replace his explicit ones. For you my friend and only real fan, Alvaro thank you. I hope somehow you will come to listen to this set.

These long mixes can be put into a 4 gigabyte flash drive after downloading them into your computer, then transfer them into your portable listening device.
